This project focuses on creating a sustainable, redesign of one of the current University of Plymouth buildings, focusing on Human comfort, environmental impact and creating a space that is catered to a wide range of users allowing the space to be shared by everyone. The project won the 2026 KTA Design prize for the best design project at the University of Plymouth Degree Show.

The project creates a space for students and industry professionals to work together to develop and innovate the way that we design build and live through prefabrication, in response the the housing crisis in Plymouth. This project focuses on creating a more sustainably built environment through innovation, by using the proposed buildings functions and the proposed design to showcase how sustainable design is the future of architecture.
